How can I track my order?
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. Think of it as your personal logistics dashboard, letting you follow your gear’s journey from our warehouse at 645 G Street, Anchorage, US 99501 right to your doorstep.
My tracking hasn’t updated in a while. Is this normal?
While carriers update tracking regularly, there can be occasional delays, especially during international customs processing or transit between hubs. Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Confidence in your gear is key. We offer a straightforward return policy:
  • Items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached.
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of you receiving your order.
  • To start a return, please initiate the process through our website’s returns section.
  • Once we receive and process your return, we will promptly issue your refund to the original payment method.
We aim to make this process as frictionless as our hybrid apparel.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we facilitate exchanges through our return and reorder process. Please return the original item following the steps above, and place a new order for the desired size or item. This ensures you get your new gear as quickly as possible.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are processed promptly once we receive the returned items at our warehouse. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
