1. What Can Be Returned or Exchanged?
Most items from our New Arrivals, Best Sellers, Collections, and Shop All categories are eligible for return or exchange within 15 days of delivery, provided they meet the condition requirements above.
2. Non-Returnable Items
To protect the health and safety of our community, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Face Coverings/Masks: For obvious health and hygiene reasons, all face coverings are final sale.
- Items Marked “Final Sale”: Any product purchased from a clearance or final sale section (if applicable on the site).
- Personalized or Customized Products: Any item that has been altered or customized specifically for you.
- Gift Cards.

Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Request (Within 15 Days)
Email our support team at [email protected] with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include the following information. You can use the template below to make it easy.
Step 2: Receive Instructions & RA Number
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on where to ship your return. Please do not ship items back without an RA number, as this will delay processing.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging if possible, include the RA number inside the package, and ship to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Step 4: Processing & Refund/Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5-7 business days of arrival):
- For Refunds: We will initiate a refund to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal).
- For Exchanges: We will ship the replacement item to your original shipping address. If the requested item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.
Refund Timeline & Method
Refunds are processed promptly to ensure you can get back to your movement routine.
- Timeline: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we have processed it. The exact time depends on your bank or payment provider (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal).
- Method: All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot refund to a different card or account.
- Partial Refunds: If only part of an order is returned, the refund will be for the cost of the returned item(s) only. Original shipping fees are not refunded unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
International Returns
As a global brand shipping from Anchorage, Alaska, we welcome returns from our international community. The 15-day window and process are the same. However, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping for international orders. Duties and taxes paid on the original order may be refundable according to your local customs authority; please contact them directly for details.
