We ship globally (excluding some remote regions and parts of Asia) from our hub in Anchorage, Alaska. Our goal is to get your gear to you efficiently and securely.

Order Processing

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order before it ships. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Methods & Times

We offer two shipping options to fit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (Fee: $12.95)
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment.
    • Recommended for faster, trackable delivery.
  • Free Shipping
    • Available on orders over $50.
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment.

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy

We design every piece in our Court Sports, Run & Train, Hike & Climb, and OV Outdoors collections to move with you. If something isn’t perfect, we’re here to help.

  • Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in original packaging.
  • Process: Start by emailing us for a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and process your return.
  • Exchanges: We offer size/color exchanges subject to availability.

What Can Be Returned or Exchanged?

Most items from our New Arrivals, Best Sellers, Collections, and Shop All categories are eligible, provided they meet the condition requirements above.

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

To protect the health and safety of our global community, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Face Coverings/Masks: For health and hygiene reasons.
  • Items Marked “Final Sale”: Any product from a clearance or final sale section.
  • Personalized or Customized Products.
  • Gift Cards.

Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

Step 1: Initiate Your Request (Within 15 Days)

Email our support team at [email protected] with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include the information below. Use this template to make it easy:

Step 2: Receive Instructions & RA Number

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Please do not ship items back without an RA number, as this will delay processing.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging if possible. Include the RA number inside the package. Ship to the address provided using a trackable shipping service. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Step 4: Processing & Refund/Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5-7 business days of arrival):

  • For Refunds: We initiate a refund to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal).
  • For Exchanges: We ship the replacement to your original address. If out of stock, we’ll contact you for alternatives or issue a refund.

Refund Timeline & Method

We process refunds promptly so you can get back to your movement routine.

  • Timeline: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it. The exact time depends on your bank or payment provider.
  • Method: All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot refund to a different card or account.
  • Partial Refunds: If only part of an order is returned, the refund is for the cost of the returned item(s) only. Original shipping fees are not refunded unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

International Returns

We welcome returns from our global community. The 15-day window and process are the same. However, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping for international orders. Duties and taxes paid on the original order may be refundable according to your local customs authority; please contact them directly for details.
