Availability and Pricing

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities and discontinue items at any time. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price in effect at the time your order is placed.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

Placing an Order

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or inventory issues.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely. Your payment card will be charged at the time of order placement.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Region: We ship globally, excluding some remote regions and parts of Asia. All orders are shipped from our hub in Anchorage, Alaska, USA.

Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment.

Shipping Options:

• Standard Shipping: Fee of $12.95. Carrier: DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50. Carrier: EMS. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to destination, customs processing, and carrier schedules. You will receive a tracking link upon shipment.

Import Duties & Taxes: For international orders, you are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our goal is for you to love your gear. If not, here’s our policy:

• Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in original packaging.
• Process: You must initiate a return by emailing [email protected] to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping items back.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and process the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Exchanges: Available for size/color, subject to stock availability.

International Returns: The 15-day window applies, but you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Duties and taxes may be refundable per your local customs authority.

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Outdoor Voices Shop or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The “Outdoor Voices Shop” name and logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are the trademarks or service marks of Outdoor Voices Shop. You are not permitted to use any of these marks without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Outdoor Voices Shop strives to provide accurate information and a seamless shopping experience. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Site or our products.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.
• We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Anchorage, Alaska, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The “Last Updated” date at the bottom of this page will indicate when changes were made. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
